GainingEdge developed the bureau’s “Japan’s First Port of Call” brand in 2013 which fully complemented the city council’s “Open Yokohama” brand and strongly reflects the city’s openness to welcoming convention delegates and doing business with the international community. This convention brand is still being adopted by YCVB today.
GainingEdge also provided leads development and marketing support to YCVB for two years. This relationship continued when Yokohama participated in the Japan Global MICE Cities project under Japan Tourism Agency.
