GainingEdge authored a comprehensive, global study in 2014, in cooperation with Marketing Challenges International, for the European Travel Commission (ETC) and UNWTO: “Decision-Making Process of Meetings, Congresses, Conventions and Incentives (MCCI) Organisers”. 

GainingEdge was also commissioned in 2017 to prepare “An overview of the Meetings Industry in Asia” after it authored the ‘Meetings Industry – an Asia Pacific Perspective” in 2012.
