GainingWheels is one of our key community engagements. Through this initiative we provide wheelchairs to those without the financial means. Our goal is to provide wheelchairs every year in every place where we work. It is estimated that at least 100 million children, teens and adults worldwide need a wheelchair but cannot afford one. Some international organizations believe that the number could be as high as 6% of the population of developing countries.
Since the program’s launch in Jan 2012, and with the invaluable ground assistance by our clients/contacts, GainingWheels has been positively impacting lives around the world.
